  • All payments made on the Platform for featured listings, sponsored ads, or any other paid services are final unless otherwise specified in this policy.
  • Users must ensure they understand the service before making a purchase, as the Platform does not guarantee any specific outcomes (e.g., increased sales or visibility).
  • The Platform only facilitates connections between buyers and sellers, service providers, and customers. Any transactions conducted between users are private agreements, and the Platform does not guarantee, mediate, or take responsibility for any disputes arising from such transactions.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may request cancellation of a paid service before it has been activated or published. Once a service has gone live, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via support@khatauli.in or support page with relevant details.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
    • The service was not activated or displayed due to a technical error on our end.
    • The user was wrongfully charged due to a billing mistake.
  • No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
    • The user changes their mind after purchasing a service.
    • The expected outcome (e.g., increased engagement) was not achieved.
    • The service was removed due to a violation of our terms or policies.
    • The transaction was made privately between a buyer and seller, as the Platform does not facilitate payments and is not responsible for transaction disputes.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
  • The Platform reserves the right to deny refund requests if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If a user initiates a chargeback through their bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team, their account may be suspended or restricted.
  • Any disputes between users regarding transactions, payments, or services must be resolved privately or through appropriate legal or mediation channels outside of the Platform.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • The Platform reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the updated policy.
