- Listings must comply with Indian laws, including IT Act, 2000.
- We do not guarantee visibility or ranking of any listing.
- We reserve the right to edit, remove, or reject listings that violate guidelines.
4. Prohibited Listings
Users must NOT list items or services that:
- Are illegal under Indian laws.
- Contain explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.
- Violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- Are related to fraudulent schemes, spam, or misleading offers.
- Promote weapons, drugs, or other restricted products.
5. Data Privacy & Security
- User information will be stored securely, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Users should be aware of cyber threats, phishing, and scams when interacting with others.
- We are not liable for any data breach or loss of information due to cyber-attacks.
- EXIF GPS metadata in uploaded images may reveal your location—users are responsible for removing this data before uploading images.
6. User Conduct & Responsibilities

- No harassment, threats, or abuse towards other users or our team.
- Users must comply with local laws, including consumer protection and online transaction regulations.
- We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.
7. Account Termination & Violations
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts violating our terms.
- Repeated violations or fraudulent activities may lead to legal action.
- Terminated users may be banned from re-registering.
8. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution
- Users must comply with Indian cyber laws and Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
- We do not act as a mediator in disputes between users.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
